join the Protect Minnesota’s Wilderness campaign.
As a coalition partner, you’ll receive monthly e-mail updates
informing you of upcoming events, campaign news, and ways
to engage your organization’s members. Promote the campaign at summer parades Raise visibility of the campaign by walking this summer in a Twin Cities' parade. June 25 Blaine’s Blazin’ 4th - 12 p.m. Write to your local paper One of the most effective ways to influence people in your community is through your local newspaper. We encourage you to write letters to the editor or op-ed pieces and voice your concern for the unprotected roadless areas of the Superior National Forest. More information... Contact your members of Congress Communicating with your elected officials is an effective way to influence public policy. Please write a letter to your Representative and Senators and let them know that you support wilderness protection. More information... Sign our online petition We’re collecting names and signatures to demonstrate broad support for protecting wilderness across Minnesota and beyond. Take a few minutes to view and sign our online petition. We need people to hike and paddle these roadless areas and keep our inventories up to date. It’s easy and fun––just visit a roadless unit, and tell us what you see, hear and experience. No experience in natural resources or biology needed. More information...
